Stuff works great. Used it on my front steps. I’ve been working boats a long time and have been using similar products for years. Its best to put a coat of paint, then use blue tape to tape off the area u want to have non skid. Put a coat of paint in this area. Then put this stuff in a lil shaker like Mrs. Dash bottle r something similar. Apply on top wet paint. Let it dry then do another top coat. Looks awesome.

Mixed with Topside paint and applied to floor of 1973 14ft aluminum v-hull boat. I suggest that you wait to mix paint and grit until AFTER you paint “no traffic” areas (under seats, rear fuel tank area, etc). This makes for more grit in “traffic” areas and makes “no traffic” areas much easier to clean.

The area in front of my front door was so slippery, even in dry weather (very humid, though), that I feared someone would fall and I’d be sued. However, 1/2 pint of this stuff in the cement paint, and problem solved. No slipping, even in the rain.
